At Romei Plummer, we believe that a healthy work-life balance is essential for our employees’ well-being and productivity. We understand that our employees have personal lives and responsibilities outside of work, and we strive to provide a supportive and flexible work environment that allows them to achieve a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives.

Our work-life balance policy includes:

  • No Overtime: We value our employees’ time and effort, and we believe that they should be able to complete their work within their regular working hours. We do not require our employees to work overtime, and we compensate them fairly for any additional hours worked.

  • Four-Day Work Weeks: We offer our employees four-day weeks for three months of the year (July, August, and September). This allows them to take extended weekends and enjoy more time with their families and friends.
